PACKAGING & SHIPPING
All packaging and shipping is handled in-house, and it’s my intention to be as quick and efficient as possible regarding your purchase. Orders are shipped out weekly on Mondays from Nashville, TN, USA. Any orders placed after 9pm CST on Sunday will be shipped out the following week. We use various shipping methods based upon products ordered - the most common of which include Media Mail, First Class and Flat Rate shipping, although – with certain orders and weight classes – you may receive your product via Priority.

Because Rival Summers is an independently operated creative entity, and because the efficiency of local postal services vary to relative degrees, we must make it clear that – although it is our goal to provide the best (and quickest) customer service possible – we are not Amazon.com, and your orders may take longer to receive than the lightning speed we have all grown accustomed to. If it's any incentive, you'll have to wait a bit longer to receive your order than you would if a big corporation was running things, but your product will make its way into your hands with our blood, sweat, tears and love by the time it makes it to you.

Generally, from the ship-date, you can expect to receive domestic purchases within 4 to 14 business days, and it is not uncommon for internationally shipped orders to have a longer transit time due to customs compliance.

PRE-ORDERS
If we are currently in the process of a new release, and you have purchased a preorder package, then it is likely to take longer than normal to receive your items, as we do not have them in-hand at the time of purchase, but rather make our orders based upon yours. We will have made anything/everything that you should be aware of regarding preorder purchases and shipping times public knowledge at the time of our launch.

Returns & Exchanges

Rival Summers does not offer returns or exchanges unless your item has been proven damaged, or if the shipment you receive is a result of our error.

We withhold the right to decide what qualifies as such. Each return request will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Privacy Policy

Purchase completion will automatically add you to our e-newsletter regarding special offers on the store, tour dates in your area, or new, weekly writing from Rival Summers via the email address provided at the time of your transaction. You may opt out of this at any time.

Under no circumstances will your private information be sold or shared with any third party, for any reason.
